NAMOSH
Berlin based Namosh is a hard rocking, crawling, dancing, stagediving energy flash who combines wildest Electro Rock with a mad singing, screaming voice and a fat funky beat. Outstanding and unique, Namosh conquered the European scene by storm. The last years Namosh is fast making a name for himself as another demented Berliner.
Combining theatrical performance with punk-funky Electro, this son of immigrants is in a league of his own. His shows are extreme encounters that inevitably commend the crowd’s attention and provoke reaction. It has been a long time since Berlin (or better: the world) witnessed such an incredible young performer. Namosh's appearances are spontaneous outbreaks of creativity and talent. You'll know from the start that it's better to move to his vibe than to stand and stare. A roaring cat, a rhythm monster, a running cheetah - an animal gone even wilder.
Electro, Punkrock and the Blues are Namosh's domains. NOBODY sounds like Namosh nowadays. NOBODY dances like NAMOSH (no wonder BJÖRK thinks he's outstanding). Writer, producer, singer, he creates monsters. One could classify him as the new pioneer of this theatre/show electro.

He suddenly popped up, seemingly out of nowhere, on last year's Pale Music compilation with his pop minimalist insta-classic ‘Picked up Floozy.’ Now he's got a new album out, and I must admit the shit's pretty damn good. Electro as it is done by people like Namosh, Peaches, Gonzales, Angie Reed has a sort of theatre/rock show qualitiy.’
